Robin Hackney is co-owner and Branch Leader bringing with her 40 years of experience in the real estate business from appraisal, brokerage and new construction design and building.

Robin grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina where she started her real estate profession after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a BA in Advertising-Marketing. After moving to Wilmington, North Carolina in 1988, Robin began to work as a real estate appraiser, custom home builder and Realtor in and around the Cape Fear region. She and her husband have two children. Robin enjoys cooking, gardening and spending time with her family.

Robin is a member of the Cape Fear Realtors, the Wilmington- Cape Fear Home Builders and served as the first woman chair of the 2017 Parade of Homes. Robin was Green Building Certified by the National Association of Home Builders in 2008 as a Green Building Professional and built the first NAHB Green Certified home in North Carolina.
